My body awareness has developed over the years through different practices (figure skating, meditation, yoga, QI Gong) and well-being is an integral part of my life.
I was lucky to have been trained in massages in the most beautiful rules of this art that I have been practicing for 8 years: exchange, respect for the mechanics of the body and all its energetic subtleties, consciousness and presence of the massager, the importance of his intention.
